Certified aerial lift (MEWP) operator.

Vladislav Vrizhizhevsky

Head of the Saint Petersburg Branch

Member and champion of the Penza regional sports tourism team, prize-winner in national competitions. Served as captain of the Cadet Sports Tourism School (2009–2013). Winner of the regional “Young Rescuer” safety competition. Since 2014 — Head Coach and Curator of Sports Tourism at the EMERCOM University of Russia. Experienced in organizing and managing military-patriotic competitions. Certified rescuer.

Alexey Dyatlov

Head of the Kazan Branch

Expert in assault climbing, high-altitude rescue operations, and rope access systems for industrial and construction projects.
Key achievements include replacing a 3.5-ton ventilation system and installing a new 1-ton unit inside a 450×600 m facility, as well as dismantling a tower crane without scaffolding, using a mobile crane for lifting — a unique operation for Russia, as the tower crane was removed entirely without disassembly.

Mikhail Bukhantsev

Head of the Novosibirsk Branch

Holds a degree in education and is an experienced instructor skilled in teaching foreign students, including non-Russian speakers.
A methodologist who develops full training programs from scratch — including presentations, tests, manuals, workbooks, checklists, and thematic or professional games for both students and trainers.
Has hands-on experience in tactical helicopter operations (non-parachute insertion, fast-rope evacuation) and building assault techniques using industrial climbing gear.

Mikhail Parkhomyuk

Head of the Yekaterinburg Branch

A high-altitude work specialist with extensive experience in large-scale industrial projects, including the Beloyarsk Nuclear Power Plant. Expert in suspended scaffolding systems for hard-to-reach areas, enhancing both efficiency and safety.
Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Governor of Sverdlovsk Region for outstanding achievements.
Developed custom suspended consoles for work inside tanks and church domes, allowing full coverage with a single setup. Combines strong technical ingenuity with safe industrial climbing practices.

Vyacheslav Govorov

Senior Instructor, Moscow Branch

Senior instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, complemented by deep expertise in industrial climbing. Specializes in facade work and cleaning operations on complex architectural structures, including the Hotel “Moscow” and Balchug Business Center.
With a background in education and occupational safety, he combines strong practical skills in high-altitude operations with comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety standards.

Alexander Vasilyev-Lyulin

Instructor, Moscow Branch

Experienced in high-rise operations at Moscow City towers, participated in post-fire restoration at Crocus City Hall, worked on the Ostankino TV Tower, the Dream Island entertainment complex, and the installation of a multimedia façade screen on the Hydropower Project building.
Has taken part in industrial demolition and decorative works at major factories and shopping centers, including Serp i Molot. Experienced in restricted-access facilities, including those operated by Rosatom.

Valery Matveev

Instructor, Moscow Branch

Experienced high-altitude specialist with a relevant technical background and extensive hands-on practice. Since 2018, he has been engaged in facade operations, inspections, and anti-corrosion protection (ACP) work on industrial and construction sites.

Alexander Nikolaev

Instructor, Moscow Branch

Industrial climbing specialist with a professional education and 4 years of field experience. Since 2021, he has been performing complex construction and installation work at height, including metal structure assembly, facade maintenance, and emergency rescue operations.

Alexey Smolin

Instructor, Moscow Branch

High-altitude work specialist with a technical degree. Since 2015, he has been engaged in ventilation system installation, facade works, and other industrial operations at height.
Has over three years of focused professional experience in this field, combining technical proficiency with adherence to high safety standards.

Anita Karpova

Instructor, Moscow Branch

Since 2023, Anita has successfully combined her teaching background with hands-on experience in high-altitude operations. Specializes in facade cleaning, installation of advertising structures, and painting works.
Her strong communication skills and knowledge of basic English complement her professional expertise, allowing her to work efficiently in diverse industrial environments.

Anatoly Barantsev

Instructor, Moscow Branch

Has extensive experience in organizing mountain expeditions across Nepal, the Southern Urals, Crimea, and the Carpathians.
Performed high-altitude works at major landmarks, including the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and Moscow City skyscrapers.
Experienced in planning and supervising work at height on large-scale construction sites, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Vasily Do

Instructor, Moscow Branch

Class 1 Rescuer, Firefighter, and Professional Education Instructor.
Trainer for firefighters using live-fire simulators and Head of Gas Rescue Operations. Skilled in non-parachute helicopter insertion techniques.
Serves as a methodologist and course developer, having created a series of proprietary professional training programs for EMERCOM personnel.
Holds the honorary title “Distinguished Rescuer of Moscow” and a state medal “For Saving Lives.”
