In June 2026, Russia adopted a federal law granting the Bank of Russia, Rosinkas (Russian Cash Collection Association), Sberbank and a special postal communications organization the authority to independently disrupt unmanned aerial systems (UAS) when protecting guarded facilities. The law permits various countermeasures — including electronic warfare against command-and-control signals — marking a shift toward proactive, integrated protection of critical infrastructure.
In recent months, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs, drones) have finally ceased to be perceived as a threat relevant only to border regions. Today, attacks are affecting industrial facilities, oil and gas infrastructure, energy assets, transport hubs and logistics chains in various regions of Russia. The incidents of May–June 2026 have shown that the consequences of such events go far beyond local damage. For many enterprises, the impact increasingly means disruption of production processes, equipment downtime, supply chain interruptions and substantial financial losses. Against this backdrop, the protection of facilities against drones is becoming one of the key topics in industrial safety.
Russian industry continues to actively adopt automated technologies. One of the key trends of 2026 is the deployment of a new generation of robotic welding systems at enterprises in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, shipbuilding, and other industrial sectors.
A unique project involving water sampling at various depths in one of the world’s largest copper quarries. The site had previously suffered a major fire and flooding.
A comprehensive engineering solution to prevent slope collapses in the quarry — completed without interrupting production. The result: full stabilization of the slopes and significant cost savings for the enterprise.
In 2013, at the invitation of Mail.ru Group, our team ensured safety during Alain Robert’s ascent of the 109-meter SkyLight Tower in Moscow.
Successful installation of metal structures for the southern section supports of the WHSD, meeting ICA Construction’s technical requirements and international standards. A key stage in building Saint Petersburg’s major transport corridor.
A certified safety system was designed and implemented for high-altitude maintenance works, fully compliant with the Ministry of Defense of Russia and occupational safety standards.
A set of engineering solutions was developed for the safe operation of FABA fall protection systems at the Lakhta Center. The systems successfully passed testing and meet international safety standards.
